Delivery times
If your artwork is being stretched or frame by our suppliers, an additional 6-8 weeks will be required to complete this process. Please be aware that delivery times have been extended due to COVID-19.
Taxes
Customs and taxes may apply depending on your state and country. Wyatt 24 does not cover local government customs and taxes outside of Australia.
Tracking
Our delivery partners are only able to provide postage tracking within Australia
Environment
Delivery within Australia is carbon neutral. Our delivery partners purchase carbon offsetting credits.
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days after the date of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not eligible for a full refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges due to the high cost of shipping items this size.
